Two Argentine industrial companies, LAGO ELECTROMECÁNICA S.A. and LEYDEN S.A., jointly present an ideal solution for the Compensatiion of Reactive Power in Medium Voltage Substations, with their new Medium Voltage Packaged Substation Capacitor Banks in Metal Enclosure. These ready-to-install capacitor banks relieve load from power transformers, especially during hot weather conditions, while complying with all the safety and flexibility standards for their installation in existing substations. Besides the capacitors, the banks comprise all the necessary and properly rated components for sectionalizing, operation and protection. Automatic control and/or remote control are offered as optional features.
